Contract
Your contract is with La Suisse Service Apartments
or Micheal Phillips. These booking conditions
confirm the terms of contract which automatically
come into force on payment of deposit to
LaSuisse Service Apartments or Micheal Phillips
at 444, Bury Old Road, Prestwich, Manchester
M25 IPQ. You will be accepting these conditions
on behalf of all members of your party and
you must inform them of this.
Reservations, Confirmations and Payment
Conditions.
Once your request for booking has been accepted by us and is definite, a contract
exists between us. We will send you a invoice
confirming detail of your accommodation
showing the date, price and the apartment
reserved for you and number of people in the apartment.
Booking are only accepted and confirmed
on receipted invoice showing the deposit
which is 25% on the cost of the apartment
which is not returnable or the full cost
of the apartment if you book within two
weeks of arrival.
The remainder of
the cost of hiring the apartment must be
paid no later than two weeks before arrival
or if this is not possible then the balance
must be paid on arrival.
SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT
BEFORE THE CONTRACT HAS COME TO ITS CONCLUSION
WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REFUNDS.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be received in writing, prior
of date of arrival.
Cost if you cancel before arrival.
Cancellation charges as a % of the total
accommodation price.

You may make a claim against your insurance
policy if your cancellation is covered by
the policy you have taken out.
It is advisable to take insurance not only
to cover you against cancellation accidents
or if you have to cut short your stay but
also to cover against the accidental damage
to the property. You should have comprehensive
travel cover with adequate personal insurance
cover.
The client is fully responsible for
the full amount shown on the invoice.
As there is no reception on the premises
we arrange to meet the clients at the prearranged
time. We would await your phone call on
the day of arrival. If you wish to extend
your stay we would do our best to meet your
requirement.
Your Liability ----- If you break
or damage anything in the apartment you
must advice us. Breakages and damages will
be charged for. Guests are expected to leave
the apartment is good order and wash and
dry and put all kitchen utensils away before
your departure.
The apartments are usually available from
13:00 and should be vacated no later than
11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Occupation of the property is strictly limited
to the number of people indicated on the
invoice.
The photograph in our brochure give you
a general impression of some of our apartment.
Variations can occur from apartment.
I/We have read and understood the
terms and conditions of the contract and
